Reccomended Food for Diet

Diet is the process when moms wanna create body goal from fat to thin, that's the idea and purpose why so much woman wanna join diet process.

Makes diet process as happy as moms can. It is not hard process, do not make yourself difficult and sick with the process.

Moms can still eat, there will be no hungry until exhausted. There are so much food available and easy to find for diet.

Actually it is one of crucial process. When someone do the wrong process of diet, they can sick in the hospital.

The statement above does not have meaning to make moms worry about diet. However there are some people which have some mistake but the other is success.

Never worry to eat, this is important point about diet. Moms have to focus avoid some food that can make diet process failed:

1. Fried Food

This is the first food that make diet failed. If moms cannot skip fried food , moms can decrease the intensity to eat that.

Sometimes a day moms can eat fried food more than five, in the diet process moms just eat two until three fried food.

2. Sweet Drink and Food

Too much sugar is not healthy, especially from drink and food which contain sugar. Usually moms drink three cup of coffee but in the diet process moms just drink a cup of coffee.

Sweet food like fruit is acceptable in the diet process. Moms can change the sweet cake become sweet fruit. However, do not eat too much sweet fruit. Just eat a little.

Two of them has complex role in the diet process. Moms have to avoid or decrease both of them. In the other hand there are some food can be eaten by moms to make stomach full.

Stomach Full with Low Calories in The Diet Process

This kind of food is good choices for diet, it does not have so much calorie and recommended for diet. The food is easy to find in the market or grocery store:

1. Fruit

Fruit can make stomach full and has some variant of taste. Moms can buy some fruit for diet like banana, papaya, melon, apple and etc.

There are some fruit like mango, durian, jackfruit which contain sugar inside. These fruit should be limited by moms because it can make diet become failed.

Eating fruit that has little taste of sweet and contain water like the explanation before. Eating papaya as much as moms can is the best choices.

2. Kind of Potatoes

Kind of potato is good choices for diet. Some people change rice and then eat kind of potatoes like cassava, sweet potatoes, potato, etc.

The other eat potatoes for snack. Do not eat potatoes so much because it contain calories. However, eat a sweet potatoes is enough to make stomach full.

Potatoes that baked and boil, do not fried the potatoes. Bake and boil potatoes is good for diet, because it does not contain oily.

3. Vegetables

Vegetables has role same like fruits. It contains fiber and low calories. So, it is appropriate to make stomach full during diet.

Remember that do not add so much sugar and salt to fruit and vegetables because it can increase the calories inside.

If moms can eat fruit and vegetable directly like baked and boiled is better. Frying vegetables little longer is accept in the diet process.

4. Water

Water has also important role in the diet process. It makes stomach still full. This is so easy way because every home is having water.

It contains zero calories and make healthy body. When moms hungry in the midnight, do not eat rice. Just drink some glass of water to make stomach full.

Sweet drink is not appropriate for diet. Just mineral water can be recommendation for diet process. That's so easy right?
