2. Fried Fish
Moms can use fish as protein.Buying fresh fish with good quality in the market. By using fried fish, moms give information to kids some kind of fish.
Everyday moms can use different kind of fish so that kids will not bored. In the some area there are certain fish that have cheap price based on the time.
3. Egg
Egg is the cheapest protein. There are so many menu reference for egg. Moms can just cook a fried egg, boiling egg, omelet egg, scrambled egg, etc.
Beside that, moms can cook special spice for egg like combination of yellow spice or red spice but do not give chilli if kids is not ready to eat hot food.
4. Meatball
Meatball is easy to cook. Moms can use chicken or meat of cow for cooking meatball. Do not use so much flour in the meatball. Just add a spoon of flour to make meatball become full of nutrition.
