2. Drinking Juice

Drinking juice can make mom's head become cold. However just add little spoon of sugar. Moms can choose kind of fruits.

After that, blend the fruit becomes juice and add ice, that's fresh! If there is fruit to juice. Moms can just drink cold water.

3. Sleeping In The Bedroom

Sleeping in the bedroom has purpose to give moms take a rest. Full time mommy is so tired, they just need take a rest from all activity in the home.

Moms, if you are tired, you can take a rest and just sleeping in the bedroom just for thirty minutes if the works is still available.

4. Scrolling Handphone

Scrolling handphone and look at some stuff in the marketplace is the mood booster for moms. This is so easy to do. Just sitting and open the handphone.

Although moms does not buy, and just look at the stuff it will makes moms become happy until forget the previous activity.
