Moms Confusion: Diet For Body Goals or Healthy

 Diet is a process to settle eating pattern in life. There are some purpose of diet. Mostly, moms wanna get body goals so that they looks beautiful and thinny.


In the other hands, there is also moms who just wanna more healthy. They are oversize or obesity. People that feel like that will get some disease like hypertension, diabet, gout, etc.

1. Reducing The Sweet Drink

It has related to reduce the consumption of sugar. It's because sugar make the weight increase and not recommended to consume a lot.

Moms should not drink like juice, sweet tea, coffee, boba, etc. They should drink many mineral water. When moms wanna drink tea, they can drink tea without sugar.

2. Reducing carbohydrate and oily food

Carbohydrate means that rice. Usually moms eat three plate of rice a day. When diet, moms just need to eat maximum four spoon of rice.

Moms can change the carbohydrate of rice with others like potatoes, cassava, corn, etc. Besides that, moms can add more in protein and vegetable.

3. Consuming real food

Moms can find real food in the market or shop. There are so much kind of real food like vegetable and fruit. Do not fry the real food. Moms can boil and steam the real food.

Ral food actually has varian taste without additional sugar and salt. For example corn and carrot is sweet. After that, kind of fruit like orange, apple, melon, etc has own taste.

4. Exercise

Like the explanation before, a successful diet is the combination between 70% food pattern and 30% exercise. So, moms needs just a little exercise.

There are so many exercise can be conducted by moms in the very busy time like walking, running, aerobics, stretching, etc. It's just four times in a weeks. Moms needs to exercise fifteen till thirty minutes.


Die needs consistency and commitment. For example moms which want to diet in three months, they should consistent in three months. Do not stop in the middle of diet process.

There is some people cannot apply diet process because their body condition. So, not all people can appropriate with diet process.

Moms can try to diet in one months. If there are complaints, moms can stop it and consult with doctor about appropriate diet for body condition.
