There are simple healthy tips for moms. It's very easy to apply in the very busy daily activity. It does not needs long time, just short time to practice consistently.
1. Daily Exercise
It means that doing sport in the morning before starting the activity. Just 15 minutes for a day. Moms can choose easy exercise like aerobics, badminton, running, walking, and etc
That's so easy. One of example is walking. Moms can walk in the house area. Walking is very cheap exercise. It does not needs other tools or additional fee. Moms can walk to the market or grocery.
Walking is very easy and it will makes moms healthy than before. Moms can doing exercise three or four times in a weeks.
Exercise has so much benefit for body. Creating exercise as routine activity is good decision. Maybe in the first or second day it will make moms tired but nothing happen in the next.
2. Do not sleep to late
Moms should sleep at nine o'clock in the night and then wake up at five in the morning. Sleeping is also crucial moments in our life.
It has big impact for moms body. Do not have bad routine for sleep. For example, limit time for look at social media that make sleeping time become late.
After kids sleep, moms is often use it for quality time with watch movie or just scroll their handphone until does not know sleeping time is late.
Moms that does not have enough time to sleep will make her body immunity very easy to get sick, tired and bad mood. Sleeping earlier will make body fresh in the morning.
3. Avoid Junk Food
Junk food is delicious but it has bad impact for body. It contained oli, so much sugar and salt, and other preservative. It's very dangerous for body healthy.
Moms should avoid junk food and start to eat nutritious food like vegetables, and fruits. Moms will get the impact of junk food more than five years laters.
There are so many disease that caused by junk food like heart, hypertension, diabetes, and etc. Moms can look at the success of kids in the future by avoiding junk food.
That's very easy tips for moms to keep healthy. Actually it just related to three things, like exercise, sleep pattern, and food.
