 Getting period is not easy condition for some moms. As we know that moms will feel strange. They are stomachache and backache.

There is another option beside supplement, moms can eat healthy food that contained iron. Avoiding junk food is good idea to make everything running well.

Moms can buy fruit and vegetable and then save it in the refrigerator when getting period. Don't let the body lack of nutrition.

4. Enough Exercise

Having short time exercise in the home will make moms body in the good condition. Moms need just a little stretching around five minutes.
