2. Capcay

Some people say that capcay is chinese food. Yes, that's right. It often find in the market a package vegetable of capcay that consist of chinese cabbage, mustard green, carrot, baby corn, broccoli, etc.

- Cut all kind of vegetable and then clean it.

- Moms should prepare other ingredient like garlic, onion, sauce, or additional ingredient like chili, and oyster sauce. It depends on the individual taste.

- Grind the garlic and onion, add the oil in the frying pan, turn on the stove

- put vegetable based on the hard texture firstly. Do not put all vegetable in the same time. Moms can put carrot and wait until the texture is soft, and then put broccoli and cabbage. The last is put the mustard green.

- Add the salt, oyster sauce and tomato sauce. If the family like hot taste, moms can add chili papers.

- Do not forget to add the little bit water.

3. Fried Vegetable

Fried vegetable is kind of food in Indonesia when the vegetables just fry with cut of garlic, onion, and chili paper. For example, moms have sprouts in the home.

- Cut garlic, onion and chili paper.

- Put into frying pan.

- Put the sprouts, add sweet soy sauce

- Add little bit water, salt, and broth.
